An excuse to make sweets: Bake Sale Congo Bars

I love love love bake sales.  For as many food blogs as I read, my favorites are those with words and pictures dedicated solely to butter.  Butter and brown sugar.  And cream cheese frosting.   A bake sale means I can use ONE POUND of brown sugar, eat one, then get them out of my face, all in the name of charity.
